What is the SEAI Grant?
SEAI offers financial support to homeowners and landlords who wish to upgrade their homes with energy-efficient solutions such as external wall insulation, attic insulation, and cavity wall insulation.
Grants are available for individual upgrades or as part of a deep retrofit, depending on the condition and energy rating of the home.
Common Grants Available:
- Attic Insulation – up to €1,500
- External Wall Insulation – up to €6,000
- Cavity Wall Insulation – up to €1,700
- Heat pump systems, solar PV, and more
